Help buildwhat comes next.

Quantaible is being built around a simple idea: AI work should remain inspectable, attributable, and under human authority.

No roles are currently advertised. We are still interested in meeting people whose work could materially strengthen Quantaible before a formal vacancy exists.

Two ways in

Employment is not the only useful relationship.

Some people may eventually join the team. Others may be better collaborators, reviewers, research partners, advisers, or specialist contributors. Both routes matter.

Team

Join the team.

We are not advertising roles today. If your experience aligns strongly with the work, you can still introduce yourself. Quantaible would rather meet the right people early than wait until a job description already exists.

Collaborate

Collaborate with us.

Not every useful relationship needs to become employment. Quantaible is open to research collaboration, technical contribution, independent review, specialist partnerships, and carefully scoped pilot work.

Areas we expect to grow into.

These are areas of likely future need, not advertised vacancies. A strong introduction should explain what you could contribute, what you have already built or learned, and why Quantaible is the kind of problem you want to work on.

Product engineering

Build reliable product surfaces, execution paths, evidence handling, and the infrastructure around Q.

AI and model systems

Work on model routing, evaluation, retrieval, context, provenance, and inspectable AI behaviour.

Security and privacy

Strengthen boundaries around identity, processing, persistence, access, credentials, and organisational use.

Accessibility and interaction

Make complex investigation work understandable, keyboard-complete, screen-reader meaningful, and usable across devices.

Governance and policy

Help define explicit authority, review, retention, organisational controls, and the rules that keep proposals distinct from decisions.

Commercial and partnerships

Help turn a strong product contract into durable customer relationships, pilots, partnerships, and responsible growth.

Introduce yourself

No vacancy is implied, and an introduction does not create an employment process or commitment.

Collaborate with us

Bring a problem worth examining together.

The best collaboration proposals make the objective, contribution, boundaries, expected outputs, and responsibilities clear. Quantaible does not need every collaborator to become part of the company.

Research

Academic, independent, or applied research that can test, challenge, measure, or extend Quantaible's approach.

Independent review

Security, privacy, accessibility, governance, legal, technical, or domain review where scrutiny can strengthen the system.

Technical contribution

Open-source work, infrastructure integrations, model or retrieval systems, interoperability, and specialist engineering.

Pilots and public-interest work

Universities, civic organisations, research groups, institutions, and other partners testing inspectable AI work in real settings.

Propose a collaboration

Include enough detail to understand the proposed work, but do not send passwords, API credentials, confidential third-party material, or sensitive data that is not necessary for the introduction.

What matters here

How we want the work to behave.

These are practical expectations for building, reviewing, and collaborating around Quantaible. They are more useful than a wall of generic culture statements.

Evidence over confidence

Strong work should survive inspection. Be willing to show what supports a conclusion and what still does not.

Originals stay intact

Improvement should not require erasing the source, the earlier state, or the path that led to a change.

Authority stays explicit

Tools can propose. People remain accountable for what is accepted, retained, shared, or acted upon.

Accessibility is foundational

Meaning, control, navigation, and review should remain available without relying on one sense, one device, or one interaction mode.

Build for scrutiny

If something matters, design it so another person can inspect the assumptions, boundaries, and result.

Introduce the contribution

You do not need to fit a vacancy that already exists.

If you think your work, research, experience, or perspective could materially strengthen Quantaible, tell us what you would want to contribute and why.
